iMPORTANT PART MISSING
This item came twice without the battery which would make it runi ordered this twice, but both times it came without the special battery that would make it work. The space thst was supposed to house the battery was empty

Could be better
Like most mentioned it does not come with a battery even though instructions say it does. Works if you are in a rush and want to shave small amount of hair. Quality could be better and doesn't shave all the way to the skin just shaves off longer hair.

very cheaply made
bought one of these years ago for about $3. this one cost me 3X more. does not shave clean, no matter how many times I go over an area. also, the top is hard to remove for cleaning.

Battery not included
This facial hair remover is a facsimile to an original product as seen on tv. It is slightly larger than a lipstick case. The set includes a device, a cleaning brush, and an empty battery-shaped space in the box where the battery should have been, but wasn't. The quick start guide in the instructions indicate you should put the included battery in the device. That was the only issue I encountered. It works exactly like it should and shaves facial hair off with ease. I will update this review if durability or function changes from good to otherwise. It is an affordable price for what you get.
