Can i put a stencile on it?

You could, though as mesh, it has its caveats. The two layers would be easy to get something in between so your tencil could be only on the outer. In terms of material, it's standard old school gym mesh, so the same type of transfer used on football jerseys would work on this.

Would this be able to be used with cricut Infusible ink?

I was able to use iron-on vinyl with no problems, it stuck with no issues or burns. I’ve never used the cricut ink. Sorry!
