Works wonders

Excellent natural option for inflammation problems, but keep in mind that they can raise blood pressure! It should not be used by people with high blood pressure.

So i use this for when I play soccer, it's helps warm up my joints and I'm able to play more pain free, I also don't feel as stiff after playing when I use this, for pain it does work, but sometimes if it's really strong pain I feel like it might not penetrate as much, but it does feel good the burning sensation, also, I don't think I've had any irritation when using it.

I used Fisiocrem when I was walking The Camino de Santiago. 500 miles. It really helped with my aches and a pulled muscle. I use it daily on my knees. Highly recommend.

For back muscle

Excellent for pain relief. Relief for about 45-60 minutes. Has a pleasant smell not too overbearing like Bengay or Tiger Balm.

I use it to easy knee pain after an injury. It has a cooling effect but it also contains arnica, which is typically used for pain from muscle aches, joint pain, inflammation, and bruising
