I started using this cart when I began going to different events and needed to carry my things around. This made it a lot easier than lugging things by hand.The cart feels a bit flimsy but holds up well.

This cart is a replacement for an identical one I had ordered a week earlier: that one was never used as it arrived with its handle broken, so I returned it and ordered a new one. When this one arrived it looked ok, and the little nubs that would hold the handle extended seemed to pop into place ok in the holes provided. One part of the handle slides into the other on both sides and is to be locked into position by means of a retractable button and hole. I did have my doubts when I noticed that the inner bars with the retractable nubs that slide into the outer bars with the hole were exceedingly short, but they seemed to lock in ok.I put approximately 10 lbs of art supplies inside (see photo) and tried to wheel it out of my first floor residence to my car when the two parts of the handle came completely apart on one side, even though I applied no twisting or torque to the handle. I attempted to put it back in when the other side slid out as well (as it was so short) and the little nubs disappeared into the recesses of the inner handle, making it impossible to keep the two pieces from sliding freely when trying to use the crate. I needed the cart that day so my husband duct taped the joint where the handles come together for me. I tried sending a message to the seller via Amazon, then when I got no reply I tried calling the number given for the seller. I've heard nothing in over a week. I cannot recommend this product as the manufacturer appears to have taken shortcuts with the handle lengths and quality.

I purchased this not for tools but for my bowling balls when I get to my locker I have three or four balls to lug to the Lane I'm bowling on. I keep this in my car and I have one ball in the car that does not fit in my locker. So this folds flat and I keep it in the car and on bowling night I unfold it and place my one ball from the car into it. I roll it into the alley to my locker. There I place my other three balls into the bucket along with my shoes , our mascot , my utility bag my bowling towels and anything else I drag to the lanes. It Maneuvers wonderfully and it is so much easier than dragging around a bowling bag that carries two or three bowling balls. At the end of the night I roll it to my locker, empty everything back into my locker except for that one ball I keep in the car, then I roll it to my car take out the ball and fold it back down flat in 10 seconds. It's so much more convenient than bowling bags. Just throw everything in it and roll away. I absolutely love it and other Bowlers have asked me where did I get that. It works well and a sturdy enough for 4 bowling balls and accessories so I imagine it would be great for tools which is what it was meant for.

Bought this for work transporting documents. One star was deducted only bc as my things got heavier, the cart got a bit more flimsy. I was hoping to use this for Costco and Sam’s club trips too but it might be too small for that.

This product has been a life saver. I clean apartment units and have been through several different cleaning carts/ bags and this one is by far the best one I have came across. It doesn't have the stair climbing wheels but with the handles and lite weight it's easily carried up 3 flights of stairs. And the size is perfect. Has been plenty sturdy for as much use as I have put it through

You NEED this if you want an easy to convert shopping cart and are living in condos or in the city! I carry this to my grocery store all the time and then roll it back to our condo. I love it!

First one delivered had the handle broken so it was replaced quickly, which was really nice. The plastic tote part is pretty sturdy when opened but the handle is just junk and flimsy metal. It doesn't fold up nice and easily stored in the trunk of a car. I wouldn't use it often or with heavy items. It's good for small items and light groceries.
