Hospital bag ready!
Essential for the hospital bag and also recovery. Personal preference, nicer to have your own/ extra items than hospital versions. Happy with the quality. Makes hospital bag packaging less stressful. Would definitely recommend to anyone expecting to give birth soon!

Pure marketing - not worth the money
Just brilliant marketing (so many articles about Frida products!) but not much more than hype. Their products are pretty much the same quality as the hospital-provided ones, I used them interchangeably (whatever I could grab at the moment) and didn't see a noticeable difference. Only the underwear is better quality but not worth spending so much money just for these. The ice packs that arrived in the set did not work - all three of them were faulty (or already popped?) before they arrived. Save your cash.

Quite pricey but very handy
It's definitely a splurge but I was thankful I had it in my hospital bag. The cooling pads were soothing but a bit heavy/wonky. Loved the boy shorts too.
