Terrific ginger!
I have been using this ginger for about 2 years now. I used to make a big pot of fresh ginger and turmeric and pepper for tea. I tired of making it every so many days. So, I bought ginger capsules. I use half a capsule & honey. I was taking a turmeric capsule too, which did help the pain in my hands. However, my main ailment is migraines and upon discovering that turmeric is very high in tannins I quit them.I restrict my diet to low tannins and low tyramine us about 20 foods and or Ingredients i know trigger migraines. I also take 2 shark cartilage daily, which help a lot with my hands.Back to the ginger... lately I am determined to beat my headaches..... lessen the very frequent ibuprofen and often use of zomig. My insurance is refusing to pay for my zomig unless I try 1 more preventative medicine. It's been 3 weeks and my doctors office hasn't even gotten a call back to begin the process. I do not want to try another prescription anyway!I have been taking 2 ginger capsules, a few #9 cell salts, and sometimes a cup of ginger tea when I get a headache for the last 3 weeks. I'm determined, scared of being in extreme pain and not having a rescue med, and hopeful. Guess what? I have only taken the zomig 1x with advil within this time period. Wow, i so hope it continues!! I have also ordered Boswellia to add to my plan. Im happy with this company and the product.

Inflammation Be Gone!
I have been taking these finger capsules for over a year now. After 7 surgical procedures on one knee, the pain was constant. Bearable but constant. Adding this to my daily routine along with a good turmeric supplement has made my joint pain disappear completely. I'm fairly young, so this has been amazing at curbing am issue I didn't want to have to battle for another 40 plus years. Cannot recommend enough.

GREAT FOR MOTION SICKNESS!
I use the ginger capsules for recipes. When the recipe calls for a teaspoon of ginger, I take the capsules and break them open. It's more costly than the powder, but I know the ginger is "fresh." I also use the capsules when I take my grandchildren (11 to 14) to the amusement park. I have one grandchild that throws up whenever he gets on a ride with motion. When I give him 3 capsules upon arrival at the park, he never gets sick after getting off a ride. He now asks for the capsules as soon as I get to the park. I also take 4 capsules before coming into the park in case I get on a ride with the kids. When traveling by car, if I try to read a book while the car is moving, I always get nauseous within about 20 minutes, but if I take the ginger root a half hour before, I can read for at least 2 hours before getting nauseous. Traveling by plane, I take about 4 ginger root capsules 1/2 hour before getting on the plane. I've never thrown up yet, but if I forget to take the capsules, I get really nauseous when the plane makes its first turn after taking off.My husband takes the ginger root when he has indigestion. Works like a charm.

A Good Quality Ginger Root Product at a Good Price
This has been a good supplement. I've taken other ginger products, both capsule/tablet and liquid extract. The capsules and/or tablets are easier as the liquid extract can be strong-tasting even diluted in water or juice. So, if you're not fond of the taste of ginger, or just don't want that strong of a flavor, then I would recommend the capsule or tablet form. Powdered, capsuled ginger root can cause some brief heartburn unless you take it with plenty of liquid - either water or juice, or whatever. I would say at least 8 - 10 ounces of liquid for every 3 caps you take. If you do end up with a little heartburn, drink some milk and it should go right away. However, that being said, ginger is very good for settling upset stomach when taken with plenty of liquid. It is also healing and soothing for your entire gastrointestinal tract. Taking ginger root regularly is very helpful for some people in controlling migraines and chronic headaches. I personally take ginger for migraine control and it does help me. Ginger has many other uses as well. This product seems to be fresh, quality and potent.

Great product from a trustworthy company! Great for nausea, motion-sickness, extreme cold, etc.
I love this drink and this company. You can trust the Nature's Way company for quality products. The ginger is great for nausea, upset stomachs, etc. I also take it for motion-sickness. I like it better than the dramamine or other pharmaceutical products. It works better and does not leave me with the side effects that the dramamine and pharmaceutical motion-sickness products. They can leave me jittery, rapid heartbeat, etc and still dealing with motion-sickness, but I don't have that problem with the ginger and it works better! I also take one if I am going out to a buffet or picnic because ginger helps combat food poisoning. The other reason that I would take ginger is if it is really cold. Ginger is a warming herb (be sure to take with lots of water) so it warms you up from inside out. I don't notice the extra heat in moderate to hot weather, but if I am cold to the bones, it will warm me up, so I take it if I were camping, hiking, fishing, working outdoors, etc.

Ginger Root Really Works -- I'm a Believer and Wouldn't be Without It!
I used to have problems with frequent stomach aches in the middle of the night which would wake me up and I'd have to walk around the house, drink Ginger Ale and eat saltine crackers before it would go away. Sometimes they would last up to an hour. Then a friend told me about Ginger Root capsules. My first impression was "Yeah Right -- another health nut remedy". I then checked with my pharmacist and he said "Oh Yeah--Ginger is great for the stomach and digestion". So I bought a bottle. Long story short -- my stomach aches stopped and I have not had one since I started taking these. I eat one with breakfast and two at night with a snack of popcorn and an apple while relaxing at the TV. I now sleep soundly every night with no stomach aches.Later my wife, who has RA, read in her subscribed RA magazine that Ginger Root also helps allievate arthritic pain in the joints, such as the hands and wrists. She does take prescription medication for the RA, but still was experiencing some occasional pain. Guess what? She is now also taking Ginger Root Capsules and the pain has significantly diminished in her joints.
