The media could not be loaded. One day before i took it and on day one it was ok ok i thought its due low cha rging but then after 2-3 hrs of charg Also its not working. Now i tried to start it and its not even starting. We are purchasing items from well known brands and then also if these types of problems are occurring then soon nobody will trust these brands. Kindly do the needful as we spending money for the brand only.

Well i was not into cleansers until i realised its importance!My skin is sensitive so i cant choose any random cleansers then i started a hunt for my ideal type one as many are available in market which claims to be the best and blablabla...then i came across this one i saw some reviews and then clicked buy button .first time use review-very gentle ,doesnt irritates/aggravates(which actually happens in my skin case if i use strong product...lol) not much difference though but felt my skin look clean like.. if it makes sense.Then i realised by continuous use my skin became clean,soft and calm.So if u got sensitive skin,but wanted to use a cleanser i highly Recommened this one and it does what it claims!Me happy with the product👍👍

It was better if the detouchable heads were easily available in market from VEGA.. The latex sponge head is about to teared with two days use.. Tried many times to connect with vega Customer Service , but failed.. So very much disappointed with the matter..

It is a very good facial cleanser , it makes skin smooth but the most imp is vega team and their after sales service , some problem came in my cleanser n I called them , they got it picked , repaired and sent it back. Their overall service, their customer contact everything was commendable they were far above my expectations hatsoff

Easy to massage, skin became soft & comfortable with the product worth for money

It is handy and effective. I had severe pigmentation due to acne. I used the silicon brush First followed by the soft bristle brush. I used it with my foaming soap twice a day for a week, not only once a day. The pigmentation reduced in just one week of use due to proper exfoliation and proper skin ritual routine. I think the Frequency of usage depends on the type of skin one has.It is always best to know your skin before you use this product frequently.
