I bought this after watching my neighbor's cats go nuts over the tiny Petlinks parrot. My cat is now 12 years old and never plays with any toys, and never had much interest when she was younger. To my surprise, she loved the thing, and loved this bigger model even more. I'm so pleased how she throws this thing up in the air, bounces it and then chases it around the room. The noise is repetitive but not painful to my ears, so I can tolerate it as long as it brings my cat some joy.

I gave this as a gift to a friend with some rambunctious kittens. They have torn off a couple of feathers, but it is a very loved toy. My friend told me that she could hear them playing with the toy while she was working. She is just happy that they are staying busy and not getting into trouble while she isn't able to keep an eye on them. I plan to buy one for my cats!

We had purchased a similar bird at a local store on clearance and we had assumed that the sound it made, which sounded like it was dying, was the reason it was on clearance. However, it became our cats favorite toy and they preferred that sound over others.We bought this item because the other one was on it's last leg, and we had accepted the fact that it likely would sound better than the original. However, this one sounds like it's dying, which is perfect! I threw it to my cats and they bounded after it like it was a real bird. They couldn't get enough of it and we had to hide it away because they kept fighting over it. Looks like I have to get more!

I adopted a cat that was hoarded and had to hunt to survive. I got this and he carried it around for 3 days. On day 4 he plucked it. I guess he was hungry. He still plays with it but my resident cat isn't as thrilled with it not having feathers anymore.So I would recommend this since it's the only toy that has kept him entertained for more than 3 days. Only 4 stars because it isn't an exceptional product.

The chirping cycles through a long recorded bird song 2 times before it shuts off. Every time the cat bats it the recording goes off. I can’t wait until the batteries die. The cat loves it!

I bought one of these toys at our local pet store and the other one did not chirp. They ran out of them so I was very happy to find one here. My cats adore these toys!! My Siamese loves feathers and they both love to make them chirp!!

I was very excited for this toy but was quickly disappointed with the quality. Upon opening I had discovered that it was previously removed from the product packaging and upon further inspection I saw the seams were starting to come apart and the wing itself was starting to fall off. I'm so disappointed!! I really wanted to like this toy but I'm just so utterly disappointed in the quality of it. My cats will shred this thing before it even gets a full day in our house. Ugh!

My cat will just swat at this toy by himself until he’s tired. I think he really likes that it makes noise every time he touches it. Really uses those hunting instincts! Not sure how long the battery will last but I will definitely be buying a replacement when it’s dead.

My cats LOVE this toy they go crazy for the chirping sounds. The feathers didn't last long only because they love it so much HIGHLY RECOMMEND
