These saved my cookie sheets
I love how they fit my pans perfectly and help keep them clean so no scrubbing or rusting. The only thing I don't like is that they kind of stick together (like rubber).

Easy to use
Great product. They are stronger than they appear. Very easy to clean. This will save a lot of money. No more foil or parchment paper

Great mats...but not so great if you live with animals!
Take this review with a grain of salt - these are the first silicone baking mats I have purchased for our family. These mats fit a standard baking pan perfectly. They are flexible and easy to clean. HOWEVER...we share our home with cats and a dog. None of them shed an extreme amount, however, these silicone mats were like magnets to any little piece of fur that was floating around. We have barely unpackaged them and had to wash them! While they seem to work great, I'm not sure how to keep them (and our food!) un-furred! Perhaps in time they will be less 'sticky', but until then, I'll have to wash them immediately before using them.

Slightly too big for a half-sheet pan.
I received the Judee's Large Silicone Baking Mat 3-Pack - Three Half Sheet 16 1/2 x 11 5/8 Baking Mats Best from 40°F to 450°F - Dishwasher Safe - Easy to Use and Clean in exchange for this review. Not sure WHY this is...I own several 18"x13" half sheet pans. I bought these to line them since the slightly smaller measurement listed made me think they would lie FLAT in the pans. Well, not sure why, but they actually are about 1/2" too big in both directions, so I need to get them to lie flat in the pans and extend up the sides just a bit all around. Now, this isn't an issue when cooking a sheet pan meal. In fact, it might be a good thing since it really helps prevent grease getting onto the sheet pan proper, so clean up is easy...but it makes for an unattractive edge when used to line the pans for making a jelly roll or Yule Log dessert. They are thinner than some other silicone sheets I have owned in the past, so they might be a bit less durable, but they ARE very nonstick and clean up super fast with just a tiny bit of dish soap and a spray of water. That lack of lying flat is the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars.

Thrilled With These Baking Mats
The media could not be loaded. I bake a ton as a food blogger and photographer so I use a lot of parchment paper on my baking sheets and had been dragging my feet about getting these types of baking mats (procrastinator), but with prices rising my parchment paper has gotten more expensive so I knew it was time to take the plunge and get some much-needed baking mats that I could use over and over. I was excited to see this three-pack from Judee's and grabbed it up fast so I could test them out. At first look right out of the shipping box, I loved the colors and that they were the larger size since I often am baking larger batches for recipes or clients. This large size works well with my half sheet pans but does come up the sides slightly which is perfectly fine for me. After using them now I have seen that the mats fit perfectly on the cookie sheet pans that I own with sides. So that is fantastic as those are most likely the pans I'll be using these mats on the most. I have looked at many silicon baking mats over the last few months before deciding to give this set a try and I must say I was glad that this is a three-pack for a good price. The mats are not super thick or bulking like some I've seen in kitchen stores but they do feel durable and like they will last for a good long while which makes this baker's heart happy. Another bonus for me is that they are dishwasher safe and that really helps lighten my load on my busy baking days if I can skip handwashing things and just put them straight into the dishwasher. If you use a lot of parchment paper in your baking as I did or if you want to avoid having to use cooking sprays or extra oils on your foods then I definitely think these baking mats would be a great addition to your kitchen tools. I'm looking forward to using these three mats over and over and cutting my expenses on parchment paper out.

Thinner, flexible, but sticky! UPDATE BELOW!!
I wanted to try these as I use baking mats a lot in my baking and cooking as they really do make cleanup a breeze and can be easily washed and reused unlike parchment paper. These are very thin and flexible unlike some of my other thicker mats. The fabric encased inside looks like muslin (if you are familiar with sewing) and not the thicker weave fabric of my other mats. These mats are extremely flexible, and sticky. They actually stuck to the half sheet pan, so make sure your placement is where you want it. They do not fit fully flat into a half sheet pan, they go up the sides just a bit as you can see from the photo. The sticking to the pan and just slightly larger than a half sheet is good if you ever use these underneath casserole dishes in the oven in that as long as they do not overflow too much, (or perhaps you a smaller pan to have the mat go further up the sides of the pan) all the mess will be on the mat and not the pan or the oven. I love using baking mats and highly recommend them. These being thinner, super flexible, and sticky have some advantages over my other mats in certain uses/needs so these will definitely be in heavy rotation at my house.UPDATE: These mats are fantastic for going up the sides of deeper sheet pans and taking the place of parchment paper since they are so incredibly flexible. I have a kid with food allergies and make a variety of allergen free foods for them. One thing I make are granola bars and these baking mats are perfect to go up the sides of one of my deeper baking sheets, covering everywhere the granola bars go in the pan. It also makes for super easy removal from the pan when cooled. DO NOT cut anything on these mats!! I remove the mat from the sides and bottom and then cut the bars up on a cutting board. These also wash up so nicely as well!! Like I said earlier, these are in heavy rotation at my house, and I highly recommend them!

Great Baking Mats - Fits Nicely On My Cookie Sheets
I've been using silicone baking mats for years now. It's better for the environment than disposable items like parchment paper, and they work great! I currently have another set that has a few different sizes, and I've found that I just tend to use the larger size (which is the same as these) over and over. So, when I saw this set - I went for it!I really like these! They work great, and they're easy to use and wash. They're a bit thinner than the ones I've used before, but I don't think that affects anything (beyond the fact that less material was used to make these, could be better for the environment).Anyway, they're great! At the current price of $16.71 for three, I think they're a great deal! I'd definitely recommend them!
