Goliath Totally Trivia - The Complete Quiz Game by Green, 5"

We are 70 year-old, life-long trivia players and found this game to be one of the most difficult we have ever played. Questions are often based on very obscure facts, especially in the "Rock and Pop" and science categories. A younger friend, who works as a botanist and research scientist, couldn't answer a single question in the science category correctly. The game can take a long time to play with more than 2 players, since winning is based on being able to answer one question from every category. Our average game with 3 players takes a full hour. It's a fun game for patient adults who enjoy a challenge. It's doubtful that the average 14 to 18-year old player would enjoy this game.

Good variety of questions with some taking no thought at all and others being a challenge to come up with. No game board just a box with the six categories of question cards and one die. Open the box and play.

Basically a card version of Trivial Pursuit - collect a card for each category with a correct answer. First person with all six categories wins. Gave this as a gift to our hosts and 4 of us played six times. Each of us won at least once., so the variety of topics and questions was broad enough. Many questions are too easy, and there are some real stumpers (questions that no one could answer correctly) so there is a bit of luck-of-the-draw when it comes to the questions.

My husband and I play it on occasion. It is the only trivia game that I find really challenging.I can’t answer half the questions. However I’m learning new stuff.
