Smart PartsClub Car DS Golf Cart Fender Flares 1994-Up, Set of 4

Overall super happy with them for the price. Came with metal bits and bolts and washers. No plastic fasteners. I had to trim about a 1/4” of the plastic on the rears so they would fit they way I wanted. Shipper fast delivery and solid product.

Front are easy to install, and fit is good. Rears not so much.

These fender flares are excellent and very sturdy and fit my Club Car Golf Cart very good and came with Stainless Steel hardware. It took a little extra time to install but once I got them installed they work great. The price of these flares compared to some others that are more expensive I think these work just as good.

For the price I am very happy with the fenders. Easy to install but like everyone else has said do yourself a favor and go buy SS bolts. Don’t use the plastic fasteners that come with it.

Would have given it 5 stars had there been a place to say it will not fit exactly if you have a brush guard mounted. I’m pretty handy so I just cut the front ones to fit where I needed them. The back fit great. Throw away the push pins and find a some stainless 1/4”x1” bolts with nuts and flat washers. My cart is a 99 model DS. I would recommend you buy these.

Do not use plastic fittings to attach. I went to hardware store and purchased metal. Also install from first and last holes first then work your way inward.

These fender flares are perfect. I didn’t use the plastic push tabs. I bought the bolts like the other reviews said. I have 2” wheel spacers on my club car and my tires stick out about 1” past the flares. It still keeps the mud and rocks from flying.

THE FENDER FLARES ARE OK, THE PLASTIC PUSH BOLTS ARE NOT DESIGNED WITH ENOUGH STRENGTH TO HANDLE BEING INSTALLED WITHOUT BREAKING. ESPECIALLY RIGHT UNDER THE HEAD. I BROKE MORE THAN HALF OF THEM AND I AM PRETTY GOOD AT THIS. THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW. GEORGE CARFI
