The pasta machine arrived today. I am mediately Saturday up, cleaned up attached to my counter and followed a recipe for making Ramen noodles.I was just appointed that the box indicated there was a recipe book in the box, but there was not: the advertisement from which order did not mention a recipe book, so I’m not that bothered by this point.As I use the machine, it generally was very stable, but there were a couple times where it pulled away from the counter, and the crank did not always stay in place both minor inconveniences.The cutting aspect I wanted very long Ramen noodles, and this was great for that, however, the noodles were not immediately cut through. They were more perforated, and that concerned me fat as I pulled them out I put them directly into a pot of boiling water and stirred them using a fork, and they all came apart. There were no noodles stuck together.I will be keeping this machine for sure and believe it will be much easier to use the more I use it. I used to have a much more expensive machine and yes it was easier to use but for $25. This was a great deal and I would encourage anyone who’s just learning to make pasta or who just wants to give it a try to go ahead and order this. There is a 30 day guarantee, so what do you have to lose?Just make noodles as soon as it gets to your house so that you know.

I had to return this item, the Spaghetti cutter didn't work properly. Fettuccine worked fine, tried two batches of dough. 2nd batch was a stiffer dough. Spaghetti still didn't cut correctly. Maybe I just got a bad one in the group. If you choose this one it won't have any glitches.

This works great for flattening playdoh and then making strips or strings. Assume it works with pasta too

I bought the cheapest pasta roller I could find to use with polymer clay. As an avid pasta maker, there is no way I could actually use this to make pasta - its just not sturdy enough. If you want a quality machine, spend a little more. If you’re on a tight budget, this might get the job done.

If your into noodles this space saving item is your friend. We have a small kitchen and this little gem is easy to use and easy to clean. Performs well every time. Expect a little trial and error to figure out your thickness preference. After that your off an running.

The small cutter doesn’t work it makes the pasta wrinkle also it’s hard to work with.
