I bought earlier this year for Xmas gift for my autistic son set up yesterday after the madness of Xmas to find I just have dead jelly fish they don’t move around the tank at all totally pointless and not as described and to top it off the remote is totally dead and does not work at all with new batteries or even with batteries from another remote that works find put in this one and nothing. Faulty! I have statutory right can someone from this company get in contact asap to resolve this situation very dissatisfied customer.

I got this light for my 5 year old son for his birthday. He has sensory processing disorder and possibly dyspraxia. He loves lights and this light has been perfect for him. He watches it as he falls asleep. He shares a room with his two year old brother who also loves this light. It was super easy to set up. We put tap water in the container and then a small dribble of fairy washing up liquid, the jelly fish moved so much better with the washing liquid inside. I know some people said that the water looked cloudy, but I didn’t experience this. We will be changing the water once a week, as otherwise I could see it growing algae. But I think as long as you maintain the container it will look clear and great experience for all. I have already recommended this to many of my friends with children.

Easy to set up and use. It’s kept up high on a chest of drawers as it’s full of water and tempting for a 6 yr old to move it around. He uses the remote control from his bed- easy to operate.

I plugged in the item after setting up correctly and at first it was working fine. Then I switched it off for a few hours only to return and switch it on again to find the motor had completely stopped working. I already have another one of these from another company and that one works fine and know how to correctly set them up. Certainly not a happy shopper on this occasion 😞😞

The lights work but the jellyfish do nothing, after following all the instructions, they still do nothing! Waste of money!

Only had lamp 3 days. Remote control immediately overheated and nearly burnt thumb pressing on button. Reported it, seller requested photo!? Hoped for replacement remote bit heard no more. 3 days later and lamp wont stay on for more than 30sec before turning itself off. Shame as lamp itself was great on day one. Also had to but distilled water so unlikely to be refunded for that

This lamp was everything I wanted and MORE. I’ve been searching for a jellyfish lamp that turns white, not just RGB, and this one has so many colour settings!! Not to mention this lamp is twice as big as I thought it was going to be! The jellyfish are realistic enough and the lights are really bright. Amazing product, worth the money 100%💙

My daughter loves this. She likes that she can change the colors and speed of the color change. The one jellyfish mostly stays in one place. The other jellyfish moves around well. Nice to watch.

Alle Teile bis auf die Fernbedienung machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck, Luft nach oben ist allerdings da. Nach dem Füllen mit ca 1,5 Liter destilliertem Wasser und dem einsetzen der zwei Quallen habe ich noch die empfohlenen 2 Tropfen Spülmittel zugegeben und die Lampe eingeschaltet. Nun habe ich mit dem mitgelieferten Quirl versucht die Luft von den Quallen zu bekommen damit die ordentlich schwimmen. Dies gelang mir nur mit mäßigem Erfolg. Ich habe dann erstenmal alle Funktionen der Lampe und der Fernbedienung getestet und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Außer der Quallen. Immer nach drei bis fünf Minuten freiem schwimmen sammelten die sich an der Oberfläche. Dann habe ich wieder mit dem Quirl die Quallen bearbeitet und der Spaß ging von vorne los. Nach 5 Versuchen hatte ich keine Lust mehr und wollte schon alles zusammen packen und zurückschicken. Da habe ich mich zu einem letzten Versuch entschieden und statt der 2 Tropfen, 2 ordentliche Spritzer Spüli in das Wasser gegeben und siehe da, beide Quallen fingen sofort ohne umrühren an zu schwimmen, tanzen und ab und zu meint man sie rangeln oder umarmen sich. Sieht auf eine Entfernung von 2 Meter echt spektakulär aus. Nun bin ich vorerst überzeugt und echt zufrieden.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. This lamp is of very good quality and is excellently made. It comes with a remote control and everything needed for its use, except for batteries. It has a wide selection of different colors, as well as the ability to choose the necessary brightness of the light
