I received this product the other day after having had issues with other solar lights that failed after about a month. This product seems to have a much heavier/solid construction. Set it up and waited for darkness to fall. The light came on and fully illuminates my flag in the front yard. Now, unlike other products... would it stay on through the night? After sunset...on...middle of the night...on...right before sunrise...still on! So far I am very satisfied and hope it continues to perform well! Thanks!

The amount of light that these put out far exceeded my expectations. The solar panel rotates a full 360 degrees for precise positioning. Very sturdy spike. The low light mode is very bright which lasts all throughout the night on a full charge.

I use these to illuminate my flag at night. They are bright and work well. I think they're just a little too pricey, hence I took off one star.

I searched in utter confusion. Read all the reviews and just got lucky on this one! I wanted lights for my outdoor patio. I especially wanted to light up Frida at night, but I wanted some overall light added to the patio without putting on the balcony ceiling lights. And I didn't want bright white light for night time. I wanted something I could move around and I didn't need to use the stake to stick it in the planter or something else. I wanted adjustable, directed light. These lights check all the boxes! AND, they we ready right out of the box. They stayed on all night. Hope they last. You can't go wrong if you are looking for all the same things.

March 18, 2019. Received lights Thursday and as instructed fully charged them on Friday all day long. For solar-battery powered lights at $16.00 a light, I was impressed by the amount of light it puts out. Newer generation LED are finally putting out the amount of lighting I was hoping for at an affordable price. The warm color is pleasant; feels like an incandescent bulb which is to my liking. The lights are are advertised as up to 600 lumens which I found remarkable, being that 600 lumens is about equal to a 50 watt incandescent bulb. Not sure, but I think they meant each light puts out 300 lumens, with a total of 600 lumens if used together. 300 lumens is about equivalent to 30-35 watt incandescent bulb, which is about the amount of light I see each putting out. I am using them both, staked into the ground to light up a pathway and a couple of steps leading up to our entry door. These 2 solar lights are very adequate for this purpose. I even have them on the lower lighting mode because of the amount of light they put out and the longer duration time. When I woke up at 5:30 am, the lights were still lit and I staked them in the ground around 7:30-8 pm. Best solar-battery powered lights of this design and color lighting that I have purchased yet, and I would purchase more of these again if needed. It is hopeful to see better newer generation solar powered LED. Time will tell is they are built to last.

Set on each side of the front door, they lit the entire 2 story entryway! The house not only looks beautiful from the street but feels much safer entering. What a value!

Purchased two lights in the end of May and was very happy initially--the lights were quite bright and lasted long time. In less than 3 months, by end of August, both lights barely light up after dark. They were not moved and their solar panels are clean. It is clearly a problem with batteries that no longer function well.To put things into perspective, I have several dozens of other solar spot lights, many of them twice as cheap, that I had for 3 YEARS now. I put them into storage for the winter when temperature outside drops below 35F (since lithium batteries do not last if recharged in cold temperatures). I know how to take care of them and make them last.I purchased these DBF lights because I needed higher brightness. Indeed, they seemed very well made when I got them, and the solar panel was much larger than that of my cheaper lights. I was impressed and thought I knew why I had to pay more for them. Unfortunately, while much brighter than any other lights I had initially, they do not last!Company does stand behind its products and will replace failed lights if you request it. I am not sure if replacements will perform longer.

Great product. Works as advertised. The entire solar photocell acts as the light sensor. One cannot force the light to come on manually without totally covering the roughly 5" X 7" solar collector. Cannot speak to the longevity of the batteries as we used them for an event where we had to force them. to come on.

This product is extremely bright and I love it so much can't wait for the colored ones too become available ❤️
