LG 2.0 Ton 3 Star AI DUAL Inverter Split AC (Copper, Super Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling, 4 Way Swing, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection, 2022 Model, PS-Q24HNXE, White)

I got this product delivered on 19 March 2022 installation was effortless lg customer care contacted me .Now the biggest issue for me was weather this product coll my hall because I live in an old house which has 18 feet high ceiling.But yes this product works like charm reduce the temperature in my hall although it takes some time which is obvious .Now electricity consumption part comes which is again preety gud with lg inverter AC as it doesn't consumes to much electricity and i am observing only 20% hike in my monthly bill which is delightful on moderate usage of three to four hour between 80 to 60 % capacity.Edit - After one year it is still working well no issues faced yet it is a decent product.

AC cools the room pretty fast. No complains about the unit. It’s fast and efficient. Ordered a second unit thru Amazon. The installation of one the units wasn’t done well. The pipe wasn’t concealed. Waiting for LG technician, they promised to come. No one showed up to fix the bad installation. The second unit was delivered and installed well. Unfortunately that guy said, the first technician who handled it, needs to do it. I guess LG is reading this review. All our appliances at home are LG.

I recently purchased this AC and till now I'm pretty satisfied with its performance. During daytime at peak temperature of 43 degrees Celsius, it is effectively cooling a 180sq ft room on top floor. Earlier I was using a 1.5 ton ac in the same room and in afternoon, that AC used to stop working but not this one.Energy efficiency I can't comment on yet as it's been only few days till now since I'm using it so I'll wait for it.Noise level is a bit high than my previous ac but it's not that high that it will disturb your sleep or neighbours.Additionally, it's AI driven and for self diagnosis of any issue you can use the mobile app. However thinking about mobile app don't assume that you'll get a fully functional mobile app to operate this. That app can only be used for self diagnosis purpose and that too for recording the sound coming from the ac during self diagnosis and you can't operate you ac with it.In short, I think this is a good value for money item and you can go for it.

Bought the product on 20th April. Installation guys said there is some problem with compressor. They took 4 days to change it and after that also it was not working. They said it's electrical problem. Electrician checked and said everything is fine and problem is with AC. Ordered for replacement before time. Still the issues is not resolved and product is not replaced. The purpose of buying the ac is defeated. Till not the lg service guys (aarush electronics) say that replacement is under process. It's been almost 30 days from the delivery of the product and till now I have not received a replacement. We cannot reach Amazon customer care as well. Ridiculous service from Amazon and lg. Don't know when I will get the replacement. Plz don't buy a lg product as their service is horrible. Don't like saying his but very disappointed with Amazon as well. Not able to contact them regarding this product at all.

Very effective in during the high temperatures if the heat wave.Excellent service with immediate installation.

AC was delivered on time with all accessories.Installation was done next day, Installation guys gave good tips to use AC in energy efficient way.

Like-:Amazon delivered on time but Amazon cheated with coupons. So I recommended buying from shop if u r not looking for 2k savings.Dislike-:About the product:I am not able to see any other filter besides top one, don't know what is HD filter and Antibacterial filter where i can locate them to check, this question even not answered by LG support team.Cooling is confusing:Like I have 2 ton AC but sometimes not feels the cooling effective how much it should be, It cools fine aas expected at 27* c but I set temperature like 25* c I feels it is not cooling lesser comparatively to 27, sometimes when I run it at Himalaya cool I didn't feel as like instant effective cooling rather home big coolers cools better than my AC Himalaya cool function. Disgusting, so i use to keep temperature only at 27*c.Installation is itself a big issue in LG: (2/5)The guy which used to came was ok ok but had high level of attitude like he is the only guy in the world who knows to install the AC,So LG should feel shame on its policies and untrained technical team. The technician just say to me that if you have your own stand then you have to pay 200 bucks extra else buy LG stand of 700 rupees. I confirm this with LG support and they say yes its company policy. So in place of providing free stand with R - 50k ac the company is asking for 200 more rupees other than the installation charges.Besides this the technician didn't perform any kind of testing after the installation even on asking to him he sad this is the new item so no need to do any test🤔🤔🤔🤔👏👏👏👏👏All good now the tricky part of the installation was when i asked them to provide me the long support stand then he sad we don't have that you have to bring it at your own and besides this installation charges also applicable.Even on spacious area he bent the pipe sharpely where it was not looking needed.Big thing he didn't even present the jobsheet, SO LG should stop 🛑 providing the installation support better we can get installed it from local market with good quality at cheaper price.LG support:Support is good but it is of no use if you are not satisfied completely with the installed product, so above all points I mentioned to the support team but by the behavior of support, I found that they are only supporting to the LG technician and product and not taking seriously to the customer service.Overall for me AC is not completely satisfactory but OK OK , I can sleep comfortably but my room is 250 sq ft in size and this 2-ton AC is not capable of cooling the complete room efficiently and effectively. Electricity consumption comment I will add after usage of 1 month. Overall right now I am feeling regret to buy LG split ac rather I should try Panasonic or Hitachi which were at low price with good reviews.Thanks
