What a relief!
Wow. I've had lower back pain since the start of March and I have tried everything to get rid of it - hot water bottles, back support straps, back support straps you put in the freezer and microwave, ibuprofen gel and tablets, deep heat max strength, deep freeze... The only thing that helped a bit was deep heat but that didn't fix the problem, I bought tiger balm yesterday and within 2 applications I felt like my back was back to normal. I had a good sleep, managed to exercise for an hour this morning without any discomfort and just put some more on now. Will keep using for the next few days but I think this has worked amazingly! It's a lot less sharp feeling than deep heat, too and easy to apply. I would recommend this first if you have muscle pain

Stick to original tiger balm
Easy to apply especially on those hard to reach places but you need to put on a fair amount to get any effect . Smells completly different from original red tiger balm and not as effective as does not last as long

Love tiger balm 1st time id seen it like this. This applicator is brilliant to get to hard to reach places. Also for lower back my daughter can apply it for me when needed without affecting her sensory needs or the smell being on her hands.

Lovely this product for muscle pain but please wash the product off before bathing as in a hot bath it continues too burn well it did with me
