bought these and they came pretty quick, installed in my platter and everything looked ok till I went to print then I get an error message either incompatible ink , none HP ink cartridge , or no ink , empty. have not been able to get the first plot out of these.

Outstanding Customer Service
Did as some suggest and tested all the cartridges I received they all worked but one. Called with the order information in hand, explained the problem, they are sending a replacement. Customer service.Gave 4 stars because of the failure.

Great Ink and Love The Price!!
This ink fit perfectly in our HP T1100 plotter. The printer gave us a minute's worth of trouble accepting it, but we just pulled the ink cartridge out and reset it and it's been working every since. This came well packaged and I received it very quickly. I LOVE THE PRICE!! I absolutely will be ordering from these company again.
