Best writing instrument ever!
The Zebra Clip-on Multi ballpoint pen includes 4 colors: Black, Red, Green, Blue, plus a .5 mm pencil. The wide body and rubber grip make it very comfortable to hold. All of that is great but what really makes this pen special is the ease of writing with it. The inks flow smoothly and evenly without skips or blobs. You can even get refills! It’s the best writing instrument I’ve ever used, and that includes some $40+ Faber and Diplomat pens. I’ve been using them for over 10 years, and I always keep a spare handy in case I’ve misplaced the current one. (It happens.) The biggest drawback is the eraser inside the little cap on top: as it wears down, there’s no way to keep pushing it up. That’s a very minor problem for me, since I keep an inexpensive retracting eraser nearby. Another minor thing as that there’s no storage for spare pencil leads. You have to feed in a new lead when the current one isn’t long enough to write with, but that’s also a very minor issue for me. It’s just a joy to write with!

My favorite pencil/pen
I've been using this pen for 5 years throughout middle and high school, and I plan to take it with me to college. I mostly use the pencil, but the pen colors are convenient for when you have to color-code something or draw up a quick diagram. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for its sorry excuse of an eraser, which doesn't work well and doesn't last long. I've become accustomed to using a separate pencil eraser whenever I write. While this is a bit annoying, it's definitely not a deal breaker for me and this will continue to be my pen/pencil of choice.

still using in dec 2021, first purchased july 2017
I bought this pen back in July 2017. It is almost 2022. I have obviously had to refill the ink pieces, but in all this has been one of the best pens I have ever used. I never lend it out, and if a person takes it without my permission, it is such an uncommon pen, it is easy to track down. The ink ALWAYS flows smoothly, the point is nice and fine, and it has the value of 4 in 1! I am a nurse, and mostly use the black and red, and the pencil portion. I use blue rarely and green even less. The clip broke about a few months after I bought the pen. But the rest of the pen is fine. It has written out many SBAR sheets and labeled many an item and has never let me down. If only humans could be as reliable as this pen, our world would be a much better place. I plan on upgrading to a more expensive zebra pen but this pen has served me well.

BEST PEN EVER!!!!
So I bought the 4-Colored .77mm Fine point BIC pen and the Zebra B4SA1. I bought both because I read on Amazon (based on customer comments) that both pens worked wonderfully. As a science major and long-time old school note taker (non-typist), professors put so much info in their lectures that when I only use one color my eyes can miss crucial info, especially when professors zoom through the lectures so fast that my notes look so messy!I highly recommend this pen because compared to the BIC the Zebra has EVERYTHING you need when you need/want to take organized notes. B0006SVBNQ <-- BICZebra VS BIC[COLORS]Zebra: black, red, blue, green, and whaaaaat?! gray (jk, pencil lead, lol)BIC: black, red blue, and green[GRIP COMFORT]Zebra: When I first looked at the picture, I thought I would have a difficult time writing with the pen width being fatter than the BIC (since it also comes with a mechanical pencil). NOT AT ALL! This pen is plastic made but the gripping area has a gray cushion that helps writing feel super comfortable for your wrist. I have sweaty palms so the cushion totally sold me! The type of ball-point tip is so smooth that you don't have to grip so hard unto the pen when writing.BIC: The BIC has no cushion on the grip and the whole pen is plastic orange. It's nice but with sweaty palms my hand slips when I write, so I have to grip harder. =([COLOR TRANSITIONING]Zebra: two word.... ZEBRA FAST! You can use your index finger to transition to a different color so smoothly.BIC: Gotta use your thumb..so takes a bit more time transitioning between colors.*They are both ball point pens.-----------------------------------------------Overall in my opinion zebra is my ideal pen for note taking. Yeah, I sound crazy being meticulous about these pens but hey this product made me a happy college student. ^___^

Love it
This is the best multicolor pen & pencil I have tried. The clip makes it for me because I just clip it on to my work jacket or binder so I dont loose it like the other brands. Only downfall is tiny eraser and refills not easy to find.

pretty cool multi pen
i was amazed when i saw it online and needed to have it for my class. its an easier way of switching colors in an instant. the only down side so far is that switching colors might get a little annoying or might cause a disturbance. the pen comes with 4 colors, red blue green and black which all work well. the led pencil is a 0.5 led and might take a quick minute to figure out how it might work. it was an eraser on the top of the pen that shields it with a hard plastic cap.To put more led into it you must unscrew the rubber finger comforter and expose all the pen and pencil tips. then gently remove the metallic and white plastic tip of the led pencil and hold the pen upside down and insert a couple led sticks in there and put the metal and plastic tip and then screw the rubber part on again and your done.to make the led come out; you must find the pen holder clip, thats going to the thing that brings the led out. don't be shy when you press it down a bit more... it will click and the led should come out.and finally, this pen might occasionally might get stuck, so just start clicking out the "not so stuck colors" one by one in either direction (clock counter clock) and they should loosen up and work as its supposed to.PS: i know its "lead" but you understand...

Amazing. The best of multi-color pens
This Zebra brand multi-color pen is the best of several brands I bought to try. This brand was the best because EACH of the colors write thick-enough solid lines instead of thin lines of other pens which you can barely read what you tried to write using those.

Muito boa
Já conhecia o produto, o valor é um tanto salgado para uma caneta, mas a escrita é super macia, ela encaixa direitinho na mão.

Why does Japan get the good stationery? Feels flimsy in the hand
Why does Japan get the good stationery? Feels flimsy in the hand, but its a 5 in 1.BlackBlueGreenRedAnd Legend 'wait for it' arily, a 5mm mechanical pencil.I love this thing, I assume the gel ink is going to go down faster than a nun on open day, and refills will be impossible to find, so I'm going to get a few more, ddeliverys a bit slow, but at this price, who cares. Its an entire pen set in one item. Its a taste sensation.

Better then the BIC option and more stylish... worth the extra £'s for quality item
Writes smooth in all colours and the pencil which I didn't know existed till it arrived was a huge plus. Comfortable to use and barrel is not too thick. Rubber grip aids writing for long periods and is light enough to slip into any shirt pocket. It was worth the wait, after all it come all the way from the land of the rising sun.
