Cisco Firepower 6.x with Firepower Threat Defense

I didn't notice on my first read through but I suddenly realized when trying to look things up that I have no page numbers...the formatting is off, with each page's text slightly larger than expected...a few pages with editor/publisher comments marked up on the page. Not sure if I just got a misprint or if there's a more malicious reason for these issues...but now the book has become barely usable as reference material without going through and manually bookmarking chapters and topics.

Bought a hard copy. No freaking page numbers. I need to quick review from index and it’s pointing to page number but no page numbers printed.

The book has an index to the subjects but has no page numbers
