Tried caffine and did a cardio session after session was feeling tired.....tried nakpro bcaa did a cardio session I still felt energetic..

Taste is very chemical
I've tried few BCAA mixes and this taste is the most unappealing. Tastes bitter and quite bad, orange flavour doesn't cover the taste at all. Maybe mix isn't cleaned properly, idk.If to not mind taste, it mixes with water quickly and we'll, don't need to shake it until an arm gets numb.Can't tell much about performance, as I didn't feel more energized during workouts with this drink.
