We had a large family vacation and wanted everyone to be able to access the gear and ice chests locked in bear resistant lockers. All ten locks worked fine. There wasn't any instructions in the package. It was easy to figure out. Unlock the lock, turn to line up notch, press and hold as you put in your combo.To lock the lock, your combo has to be showing. Put lock in locked position and roll the numbers to lock. That was the only odd thing to me.The locks are not a heavy duty locks. Just enough to slow someone down.

I wish instructions came with it

Ordered for the boys for their football lockers, they found easy to use.

Using for a pop up escape room… 4 runs down and 5 locks are already broke and won’t allow a reset. If they aren’t handled with angel fingers- they stop functioning. Good Luck. We ran out and bought Master Locks.

Had to find directions to set online because there was nothing in the bix

I ordered the 10 pack. 7 worked.I use these types of locks quite frequently, so it’s not likely user error. Super bummed because I needed at least 9 to work!
