The product charges when a phone sits on top of it. The minute I place it under the worktop - nothing.Be very careful

The charger is good as it’s discrete and is affixed under the desk however, it just doesn’t seem to charge nearly as quickly as a belkin on desk version I have in another room. The phone often stops charging too as it overheats which can’t be good.

I was a little sceptical when I made the purchase after reading some reviews. At first I was disappointed because it would not work with my ikea desk (18mm deep). I tried various surfaces and only the thinner ones would work (upto about 10mm). I eventually settled for our kitchen side unit and it worked very well. I then read some other reviews and noticed I wasn't using a faster charger. I purchased a samsung charger (Output: DC 9V, 1.67A ) as this is the rating on the device and now it works through my desk and is perfect for my needs. I will probably purchase a few more now and place around the house, just bear in mind you need to pay another £10 for a decent charger to go with it.

I wanted this to charge through a thin coffee table. It doesnt work. If the phone is placed directly on the product it does charge but not through any surface that we can find. Also, returns are not free, return at your own cost to China. Now stuck with a pointless product which will just gather dust. Waste of money and resources.

This item is advertised as working up to 20mm. I would say more like 10MM. Please note you will need a QC 3.0 charger (not included) to have any chance of it working up to 20mm.My one Overheated when charging and would cut out constantly. Returned as "faulty"Better products on market.

Charger does not work. It does not work under a worktop, under a bedside cabinet.
