Damaged products... seller not at all cooperative ... forces to keep damaged products after repairs and you need to pay in full for repaired products... although returns and replacement guarantee shown while buying but they offer repairs instead of returns or replacement... very disappointed with the seller n amazon as I'm not getting any help n refund ... ADVISE NOT TO BUY HINDORO PRODUCTS... ALSO BE CAREFUL WHILE BUYING LARGE PRODUCTS OR APPLIANCES AS THEY DON'T HELP IN RETURNS BUT THEY OFFER REPAIRS ONLY... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...
