Do they fit really large heads?

I have a 22.5 inch. head circumference. So my head is fairly large for a woman. These bands fit me well. However, they are very flexible and would therefore probably not be a problem for an even larger head. They flex easily to be wider across the head but this will also cause the ends to sit higher on your head. On me, the ends sit around the ends of the ear pieces of my glasses. The bands are 14.5 inches long. I would suggest taking a flexible tape measure or strip of paper cut to that length and place it on your head to check for size suitability. I hope they work out for you. They are nice bands.

Does this come in a purple 10 pack?

Yes, there is a purple band but it is a very dark plum (piece of fruit plum) color. It is not bright or what I would normally think of as purple. All the colors are rich saturated colors, very nice.
