Is what I needed for my elderly parents.All they have to do is push the button related to the person they need to contact.Qood quality product and easy to setup and go.Ten out of ten.This is the second one that I have ordered now.

This was to replace my grandads BT phone as he struggled to hear people. He has hearing impairment and dementia. This phone is perfect. You can now call him without having to shout. Very very easy to set up.He has loss of feeling in his hands so the fact he only has to push one button is so much better for him..

This phone seemed easy to use for my elderly uncle who could not see or hear very well.However, the ring was actually very quiet, which goes against the purpose of the phone!That said, the red light flashes when it rings, so helpful for those with no hearing at all.Quite lightweight and the big buttons were a bit flimsy, so if it fell to the floor, they were likely to come off.

The telephone arrived on time and well packaged. I cannot evaluate the telephone because it was not compatible with the exchange in my mother’s care home

Item has been faulty and not working correctly from the beginning. Despite trying to get a replacement or a refund, we've had reply from the seller what so ever.

Such a shame. The red button that increases the volume was broken and every time I pressed it, a high pitch noise came out which hurt my ears let alone my 88 year old father. The phone layout was good and the pictures were easy to put in. Couldn’t send back as my mother with dementia had thrown out the box.

Nice phone, and we got it, not for anyone who's hard of hearing.. but just for ease-of-use re our kids using it, should they wish to call any one of us, as not old enough for a mobile yet.It says this is for the hard of hearing, but the decibels are not that loud (can't 'measure' whether 40db or 90db etc), as, when turned up to full volume, it's not that loud, if we're in the upstairs rooms. Plus, there's only 3 tones which we can slide on to, and are much the same - albet a higher pitch of the same ring tone?! Why not have at least 5 tones, and be all different?But, as for our use, it does ok, but a few more bells & whistles would've been nice... like a loud-speaker (hands-free talking)!!!... or more, and varied ring tones.

Ich habe das Telefon für meine schwerhörige Mutter gekauft und was soll ich sagen ? Es funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben Bildchen ausgedruckt und eingesetzt, so fällt meine Mama das Auswählen des Gesprächspartners sehr leicht.Endlich versteht sie mich beim Telefonieren mal wieder, eine Wohltat für alle.Vielen Dank an den Hersteller !

Der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Einfache Einrichtung, einfache Bedienung, wertiger Eindruck.

Das Telefon mag gut in seinen Funktionen sein, aber was hilft es einem schwerhörigen Menschen, wenn er das Gerät erst gar nicht hört. Die Situation: Der Klingellautsprecher ist direkt am (flachen) Boden des Gerätes angebracht. Eine Fehlkonstruktion in meinen Augen. Das führt dazu, dass, wenn das Gerät auf weichem Untergrund steht (Tischdecke), der Lautsprecher teiweise zugedeckt wird u. damit nur noch schwach zu hören ist (jedenfalls einen älteren Menschen). Und das bei einem Seniorengerät ! Hebt man das Gerät an, ist der das Klingeln gut zu hören.
