Why is it advertised as if it works on carpet? Didn't seem like the dog in the video knew what to do with it either

I have a Frenchie bulldog he loves this toy it sticks very well on concrete I just mash the suction cup down hard as I can o the concrete and he’s very stout sometimes he can get it pretty easy and sometimes not but he likes it go around and around slinging it in circles it’s hilarious!

My 6 month dog destroyed the cord in about 30 seconds...should i return it?

I finally ended up cutting the cord from the suction cup and taking it off and put a knot in the cord where he just plays well with it and the ball he goes around in circles slinging it! He’s two!
