Wasn't sure how well this was going to work. Have used the flat silicone mats before, and liked them. This one is great for stuff you want to keep crisp on the bottom--reheating pizza, chalupa shells, etc. Food does not get permanently stuck inside the indentations; washes right out. Of course, you still want a flat mat for cookies and stuff that needs to have contact with something solid, but this works for stuff where having air circulating underneath is desirable.

Very good quality silicone My first bread come out crancy and tasty. one review was saying about plastic smell mine no smell at all.First time wash it In a warm soapy water rinse and let it dry.

Bought this to use for homemade chocolate chips, but have also used it to bake sweet potato fries. Works in both cases - I have the nicest looking pyramid chips ever! Great customer service, by the way - it arrived early and I heard from the shipper before and afterwards as they wanted to make sure I was happy. I am!
