Super tasty ginger preserves
The flavor is great with the stem ginger and it uses simple sugar in the ingredients. I like to add a teaspoon or two into my Greek yogurt! It’s also amazing on buttered toast. One of my favorite preserves!

My current favorite of the ginger preserves
I met these as "ginger marmalade" decades ago; Keiler Dundee and a few other brands. I've found those harder and harder to find even online. And this one is my current favorite of what's available today.This one seems to me to have more ginger in it--and maybe more sugar also. If refrigerated (which the label recommends after opening, but which nobody ever did with jams in my childhood), it tends to crystalize, which doesn't look as nice, but still tastes the same. Probably all sugar, no corn syrup?It's utterly spectacular on fresh-baked biscuits with an absurd amount of butter.
