In these divided times I find myself referring to our primary American documents regularly. Several times I have printed them out and then lost them in the blizzard of paper in my office. Now when I exclaim to my husband, “That’s unconstitutional!” I can refer to this book to back up my intuition. Everyone should get this little booklet and take time and read it and understand why we're in the position that we are at this time

Great reference for students to keep on hand
My daughter started Civics this year and I got pretty excited after I checked out her syllabus. They are going to be doing impromptu debates in class, which will be a first for her, and I’m an advocate for always being prepared if you’re going to voice a strong opinion. So I bought her her first pocket Constitution! And one for her friend, who is dorky like I am and loved it. I love that it has both the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence in it, because some do not. It fits right into the folder part of her three ring binder and she can keep it there at all times. I love that she has such a useful primary source right at hand during this class and whenever else she’d like. She can make educated opinions instead of emotional ones. Heck after this, she’ll probably be far more informed on the Constitution than most adults. For the super cheap price, it’s a high quality book that will probably last her through high school and college.

Made/printed in America, as things should be! Go get yourself a dozen of these and make sure that your family and friends always have one on hand! There is nothing wrong with the constitution, it simply needs to be read! Our constitution was built with the power to deal with our current out-of-control government which we have inherited through our ignorance and historical lack of involvement. If we read the constitution, we'd find out things like "Bills of Attainder" are outlawed in the constitution, which is just about every statute out there, which essentially trespasses the Law of the Land, and violates your rights! We just simply need to read it again, comprehend it into our minds, and put it into action. Remember this maxim of law: "To know a thing, and be bound to know it, are regarded in law as equivalent." Which means, when a public servant swears an oath to the constitution, it doesn't matter whether he knows it in fact, has studied it, has memorized it, or not. He is BOUND to know it, and therefore he is required to know it and he cannot escape by saying he didn't know what it said. Also pay attention to the part about the "guarantee of a Republican form of government". We don't have a democracy, we have a Republic. Next time you hear some politician or talking head on TV talking about "our democracy", you know that he's ignorant of what our government actually is. We have democratic principles as part of our Republican form of government, and at no point does this make us a democracy. Our Republic is unique to all others that came before. This is why our Founding Fathers are so impressive. They created the best system of self-governance that has ever been devised. It's up to us whether we're going to protect and maintain this gift that only God himself could have established for our benefit, and the benefit of even our Posterity. It's time we re-read the constitution and used it's enforcement mechanisms against those that usurp and trespass it. It is the Law of the Land, above all other laws. Just as Jesus is the name above all other names. Stand up for your rights. Read the constitution, and share what you've learned with others. One last thing regarding Bills of Attainder. They are everywhere, attainting us unlawfully, and yet we never raise an objection using the passage that is written in the constitution outlawing them. Say you were traveling down the road 5 miles over the speed limit, got pulled over and written a bill/citation/charging you money for it. That is a Bill of Attainder. It's also a false claim, since there is no injured party, and it doesn't perform to the standards of the Criminal nor Civil due process which is established in the constitution.

Should be required reading in the USA, Now.
Laminated cover. Print is small but legible. Good for anyone - but especially if the last time you read it was in Freshman High school government. Hard to form an opinion or speak factually without knowing what is there. Keep reading.

Purchase this for my second grade daughter while we are working on our history of the Constitution and early America. It's a small little book. Easy to stick in your pocket or purse. Good thick cardstock cover thick enough pages. Font is bold and legible. This was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have quick reference for the Constitution or the declaration of Independence and anyone who's homeschooling. This is a stable

Total Fraud!
Everything was good until I found out that they have printed the constitution in 2 places in the book, in place of The Declaration of Independence. How could they make such a big mistake? The Declaration of Independence is also one of the most important documents in political history around the world.
