Assembly instructions poor and product flawed - would advise spending a bit more for better quality
TLDR summary: I am unconvinced by the quality and claimed features of this product. It seems to be a cheap imitation of better models and I would advise paying more for improved ease of use and convenience.1. Assembly is made difficult by poor, incomplete instructions and inaccurate diagrams (see below).2. You have to sit on the floor or bend down to hang small items on the lower level because shirts can only be hung on the upper level.3. There is no way of knowing if the alleged "Axion negative ion" feature is on or off.4. The claimed "Dust and waterproof ventilation" is a lie because the vent holes open directly to the outside. One of the plastic rings fell out of the vent hole when unpacking it (see picture, where I have placed it on top to show where it should be), exposing poor, frayed stitching. My Husband has since "opened" the plastic ring and replaced it, but this shouldn't be necessary, especially not straight out of the box.5. The "Dense Oxford Fabric Cover" feels pretty papery and I was amazed it didn't tear during assembly.6. The remote control seems useful, until you realise you have to bend down to see the time remaining on the LCD, which can't be read from above.Long version:Took me over an hour to put the thing together. The instructions are poor. Firstly it says to install 3 (horizontal) pipes and "lower plastic parts". Quite straightforward, or so it seemed (more on that later). It then tells you to install 6 more (vertical) steel pipes, but the diagram only shows 4 - a relatively minor problem but slightly confusing nonetheless. Next, it says to put the 6 holes in the cover over the 6 (vertical) pipes (of which 4 are shown in the diagram). On first opening the cover, there are 5 clearly visible holes in the top of the cover, which obviously don't correspond to the positioning of the 6 pipes, leading me to think they'd sent the wrong cover. Furthermore, one of the plastic rings in one of said holes immediately fell out because of the poor stitching (see photo), casing me to complain to my Husband about the quality of the cheap Chineseium dryer he'd convinced me to buy before I'd had a chance to thoroughly research all the options! On further exasperated inspection (after my Husband said he'd "come and give me a hand", which of course he didn't), I discovered that the 5 holes in the top are in fact "vent holes" and the 6 "holes" referred to in the instructions are not actually holes, as per the diagram, but slots along the bottom seam, which are hidden until you completely unfold the cover! Having overcome this hurdle, it then tells you to slide the cover down and assemble the rest of the pipes and "upper plastic parts". Not a problem. Then it says to put the cover and frame you've just assembled "on the main engine", with an arrow from the engine to under the bottom of the frame. This is not what it means. The *engine* in fact sits on the *frame*. As per the instructions, I first tried putting the frame on the engine but the middle pipe across the bottom kept getting in the way. I therefore removed it, thinking perhaps there shouldn't be a middle bottom horizontal pipe, as it seemed to serve no other purpose, even though the diagram clearly showed one (but then it also only showed 4 pipes instead of 6!), but this didn't work either. In the end, I referred to the picture on Amazon (none are provided with the product itself, which arrived in a plain brown cardboard box) and realised that the engine does in fact sit on the front 2 of the 3 horizontal pipes running across the bottom, so the middle bar is required after all. Phew! Then it said "Install 4 universal wheels on the lower plastic parts. That is, the assembly of the dryer is completed". Whoopee!!! I thought. Nope. It turns out not all "upper" and "lower plastic parts" are created equal. As if doing a jigsaw, I had originally identified the "upper and lower plastic parts" by the fact they had a straight edge, with 3 holes in each corner and one in the middle into which to insert the vertical and horizontal pipes; as opposed to the "middle plastic parts" (helpfully labelled "mid"), which didn't have a straight edge but instead had holes protruding from all sides. On trying to fit the "4 universal wheels", however, it emerged that only the "lower plastic parts" have holes in the underside for the wheels. This should perhaps have been obvious, but they don't tell you and since they tell you to put the wheels on last, you have no way of knowing until you get there. There were yellow arrow labels on some of the plastic parts but, since no explanation is provided, it isn't clear whether they mean they should go on the top or the bottom - the only distinction being that they weren't labelled "mid"! I subsequently had to rearrange all the pipes and plastic parts until those with the wheel holes were happily on the bottom. There are also no instructions as to how to fit the wheels and they don't appear to 'click' into place, nor screw in, so they kept falling out, driving me insane as I got one in, only to have another fall out! Finally overjoyed at having successfully assembled the dryer, I decided to investigate the optimal placement for the coat-hanger holders, only to discover that there isn't room to hang shirts on the lower level, so I will either have to sit on the floor to put all the small items on my existing plastic multi-hanger on the lower level, or extract all undergarments from the washing basket first and peg them up, while the multi-hanger is on the upper level, then move it down to the lower level, so I can hang the shirts up! This is far from ideal. Finally, I was puzzled by the additional pieces of plastic not mentioned anywhere in the instructions, which looked like additional hanger accessories because they fit between the pipes in the same way as the main accessories, but it wasn't clear how they should be used because there was no obvious grooves for hangers. My smug Husband (who eventually looked at the thing several hours *after* I had finished struggling to put it together) informed me that they fit over the plastic arms, which otherwise fold in the middle (presumably for foldaway storage as per the picture on Amazon but again this isn't mentioned in the instructions), to stop them bending during use. I believe these must have been added to the product as an afterthought, after the instructions had been printed, perhaps because customers complained about the connectors 'flexing' during use. When I actually used the thing, I found even more flaws, which I added to the summary.Overall, I am disappointed to say the least with this purchase and I wish I'd stuck with my older and (according to my Husband) "uglier" but otherwise perfectly functional round heated airers, which unfortunately remain in storage since we had some work done on the Utility room and my Husband is yet to retrieve (I can't drive!) :-(

Good investment
A few of the metal rods were already dented. I suppose that must have happened in transit. Other than that it's lightweight and easy to use.
