These are good and do work, however you do have to wear quite a few... my experience detailed below! The first few days in Ibiza I just wore one on my wrist. Seemed to be working. They last 3 days or so, I popped back in the packet when not using. Then… I got bitten on one of my ankles, so I wore a band on one of my ankles (so wore 2 bands in total). Then I got bitten on the ankle and arm that I wasn’t wearing a band on! So I wore a band on each wrist and each ankle. That finally stopped the bites! 🤣

Bought this product for the family for our holiday to Scotland. The bands are easy to wear, colourful and comfortable on the wrist. My three year olds wrist is a bit too small but she wore it above her elbow and she really liked the fact she could choose her own colour band. A smaller size would be useful. Her older cousin who is 10 refused to wear another band but would wear this one as it looked better, she is planning on wearing it in her hair for sports as they are banned from wearing anything on their wrists. I found them comfortable to wear, I actually forgot I had it on my wrist. They have a strong smell of citronella which is not a bad smell but it is strong but guess that is what makes it effective. Wore it for a day on the banks of Loch Lomand and no bites so very pleased so far! Also good value for money.

We always have an annual family holiday with about 15 of us. Every year only 2 of us get bitten despite using various mosquito repellent products. Both of us have really bad reactions and its just miserable. Looking on amazon for something new to try I came across these bracelets. I bought 2 pack one for me and one for my Sister in Law. For the whole holiday I didnt get bitten once. My Sister in Law got bitten once but she had forgotten to put one on. Everyone else in the group who always sit there smugly and annouce how they never get bitten, did get bitten several times. I have to say without doubt this is the best purchase I have made in a very long time. Ther do exactly what they should do and more. Repelled every type of insect biting or stinging. They are so easy to use and the smell is not overpowering and the colours are great and varied so you can always find one for every outfit. I will 100% be buying these again next year

Super-quick delivery. As we're in the depths of winter there aren't any insects around to menace with these bracelets, so I'll update this review in the Spring. I've only given 3 stars because the 6 free patches weren't included... Update: now that the biters are out in force, I've tried these bracelets and must admit they do seem to work pretty well (even in Spain). Also, they have a multitude of uses; wrap one round the gearstick in your car and you won't see any insects in there. Leave one next to your bed at night and insects don't some near you. Re my earlier comment about no patches included: I've just noticed that the seller left a comment inviting me to contact him so he can send them. Sorry Ben...I guess it's too late to take you up on that now! However, thanks to the efficacy of the product and the seller's positive response, I've upgraded to 5 stars.

An excellent product! I don’t just get bitten my mosquitoes when abroad they manage to cause the most disgusting reaction leading to years of previous visits to foreign doctors and pharmacies. We have just returned from Rhodes, this time with these bands.......unfortunately they were in my suitcase rather than hand luggage....big mistake! First night, arrived late and while cases were taken to our room, we were taken for welcome refreshments.....shame that I was in the menu for the mozzies! I knew I had been bitten so put the bands on as soon as we were reunited with our cases. I wore one on an ankle and one on a wrist and my two children wore one each on their wrists and for the whole holiday not a bite on either of them, and no more on me (an expensive trip to doc for antibiotics/antihistamines were not a great start to the holiday!) Incidentally, the only person who got bit was my husband who is usually very smug that they don’t touch him! I have recommended these bands to friends and to the British reps over there who were covered in bites. An amazing product, not an offensive smell and a great range of colours for all the family. Will 100% buy again

These actually smelt and looked nice, nice colours. But as for their effectiveness in repelling mosquitoes it's impossible to say as I wore these every day and still got bitten. I was in Thailand and I react very badly to mosquito bites in that part of the world. Athough I didn't get bitten as much, I can't say if it was the bands as I was also using bug spray plus both body wash and aftersun lotion with repellant in them and I still got bitten a few times. I think it was a combination of everything, I wouldn't rely on the bracelets alone but it's worth giving them a try. However the resealable bags were no good most of them broke on opening, the seal came away on one side, it wasn't stuck to the packet well meaning I couldn't reseal them to prolong their life, so I pretty much had them on all the time except to shower and swim, and that's another thing I'm not sure if water weakens them/washes off the repellant, it does not say on the packet, so I took them off in case.
