Does the Atrix - VACOMEGAU Omega ULPA Vacuum Abatement Vac - 110 Volt,Black,Medium come with the cleaning accessories, hose, AND filter? Thank you

Mine came with hose and filter, but I don’t think it came with accessories. It’s a standard size though so if you already have a vacuum then you probably already have an accessory to fit.

Would this be good for attaching to a jewelers grinding tooll to remove the particles from the air?

Yes I think it would work well but might be a bit bulky. The hose itself is about as thick as a dremel if that helps at all.

How is the noise level? Thanks

High - about the same as a full size home vacuum.

Can it be used in dental offices for aerosol elimination?

I dont see how. It's mostly used for pest control and other hepa save cleaning.
