I got this for my 3 yr old grandson for our vacation and it worked great! I had bought another one from Alyberry that did not keep him above water! This one was perfect helping him keep afloat and teaching him how to swim

Great for toddlers who are ready to swim
This is a nice product but we needed a vest to help toddler sit up in the water. This one put him more of a swimming position which he wasn't comfortable with. Looks nice and well made.
