Vettore Large Non Slip Poly Cutting Board With Juice Groove Dishwasher Safe BPA Free Plastic Rubber Feet (15.8" x 11.8", Red)

Very solid plastic cutting board. Has not warped even a little bit after a few runs through the dishwasher. Cleans up easily in the sink as well. Heavy chopping has thus far not resulted in noticeable "scars". Will update if that changes over time for some reason. The rubber ends are great at keeping the board still on the counter which is another good reason to buy this one. I usually use the flat side of the board for raw veggie prep, but I have used the side with the gap/reservoir to slice small roasts and chickens, and it has performed perfectly for that (no overflow).Worth noting that the actual surface available for cutting is smaller than the full listed dimensions of the board (15.8" x 11.8") due to those rubber ends and the handle. I say this because, practically speaking, this isn't a very large cutting board. It's perfect for cutting one ingredient at a time, then transferring to another plate/bowl while you cut the next. It does not really afford you enough space to cut something up, push it to the corner, then cut something else up unless you don't care about chopping/slicing in an enclosed amount of space (or are preparing very small amounts of food). If you prefer a larger cutting board, get something that is over 20 inches wide. This isn't a knock on the product, just something to keep in mind.

I was introduced to these cutting boards while vacationing on the Outer Banks and fell in love with them! My old cutting board was butcher block and worked okay but was so heavy I found it hard to move. It also warped a bit so I decided to buy the Vettore Non-Slip Poly Cutting Boards when I got home. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!First of all, they are light and easy to pick up and move. Secondly, they have that lovely hand grip on one end that lets me reach into the cabinet and get them without fussing or bending. There is also a small drip channel around the edge that catches juice from tomatoes, which I cut a lot as I make fresh tomato sauce all summer long. Finally, I discovered an added benefit! This board is slimmer than the old wooden one so it lowered the height of the work surface by a good 2 inches. My shoulders and wrist thank the Vettore boards!If you're looking for a new cutting board, I reccommend this product and this company, heartily.

A nice sturdy cutting board. I got the large size, which is perfect for everyday use. The rubberized edges prevent it from slipping. I have used it a couple of weeks now and my knives haven’t left any grooves in the surface. Easy to clean in the dishwasher and if some stains remain (e.g. for me after chopping a pile of red bell peppers), the material can tolerate a deep clean with bleach without issues.

This is a smallish board, about letter-size, but that is exactly what I needed to replace an old one that would fit perfectly inside a small, heavy, rimmed baking sheet - I use the combo (board inside rimmed sheet) to carve small roasts or cornish hens or poultry cuts, as the rim of the sheet keeps juices contained. (I do the same thing with a larger board & larger rimmed sheet, for larger roasts or whole chickens/turkeys.)The rubber trims on this one help keep it in place during use, which is a plus. But they also mean it would be best to usually hand-wash this to extend its useful life - dishwasher heat & detergents are tough on rubber.

I recently purchased this Vettore non slip CUTTING BOARD through Amazon... I could not be happier with this product.It was delivered on time and I have already used it several times for both vegetables and meats. It's size is just perfect for me. I particularly liked that the food does not slip on it and it is textured and has a nice working surface to it. I also like the fact that it is durable and is able to take my strong knife cuts on its surface. It washes up nicely when I'm done with it and stores well.This is a wonderful food preparation tool which is practical and very durable. It is made of high quality materials. I like this cutting board b/c it's a substantial size, is two-sided, and not too heavy. It would be perfect if it were 100% slip-proof. I understand that since both surfaces can be used, it would be impossible to have those 'suckers' to make it nonskid; but I think I'd prefer totally nonskid, and sacrifice the 2nd cutting side. Still, it's a good cutting board.

I wanted a separate cutting board for slicing fruit. It was important to me that it not retain odors, as I’ve had strawberries, for example, pick up an onion taste from the (well scrubbed) old one. This small cutting board seems ideal. It hasn’t become scored with knife marks, it washes clean easily, and its bright blue color makes it easy to distinguish from other boards so someone doesn’t accidentally use it to cut, say, raw fish. So far I’m very pleased.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of this Vettore cutting board. The price point is good, it arrived on time, and it works well. I've only had it a couple weeks, but I've used it several times and washed it in my dishwasher. There are two green rubber like ends which prevent slipping and a groove on one side to catch juices. It does not show any signs of cut marks or stains yet which you can't say for all cutting boards. It is a smaller cutting board, but I have a very small kitchen so it's adequate for most of my prep cooking. Overall a great addition for any kitchen and a small business worth supporting.
