Crow Canyon Home Enamelware Salad Bowl, 5 quart, Grey/White Splatter

My choice was a burgundy and cream 4 Qt. bowl. Love it. The finish was impeccable. Nice all around size, to use for multiple purposes. Arrived promptly and packaged very well.

I have been looking for more crow canyon red marble wear for a while now. I recently found some in a gift shop in nevada and grabbed a few pieces. Then when I got home I discovered that if I looked on good old amazon, I would find more by the same maker. This bowl is a great size to use for a large salad for a group or for making bread or if you just want to display it prettily on a shelf. I also got the 5 quart stock pot, the small roasting pan with dome lid, cute,and just right to do a roast chicken. I also got the loaf pan (meatloaf on display at the table) and the berry collander . I also got a large "basin pan" about 16" across at the top and fairly shallow. It makes a great presentation piece for a big bowl of home made pasta! Serving spoons are also in my collection and go great at table also. The metal is of a nice enough weight and the enamel is thick and beautiful. I have the red not the burgundy and the color is warm and inviting at the table or anywhere in the kitchen. Ship time is very quick, I had all pieces in just a few days.

I bought this to go with our camping gear, we are collecting the blue splatter ware. But before it made it into the camping kitchen, it because my favorite salad bowl. I am able to make those large, dinner portion salad for my family without bits of it falling out when I toss it. Its light weight enough to use for camping, but sturdy enough for tough jobs. And its pretty.

I got this as a popcorn bowl (to replace the ceramic one I usually use). It was a good size, but the sides are steeper than my old bowl, so I could not push the popcorn around to make sure the butter was coating as much as possible. That's probably a good thing for most people, but that's why I gave it a four star. I would have liked it a bit shorter and wider at the top. But it works as is.

Arrived in perfect shape and made a nice gift. I think I need one for myself!

Wonderful bowl! It feels like a sink but is so light! I love this bowl for popcorn. Also, I like to wash my face and teeth with coconut oil which is super bad for septic systems, so this bowl is perfect for collecting the cast off water and just giving it to the trees who love it! Also in an off-grid situation, this bowl will be perfect for holding the water that I warm on the rocket stove. I love having warm water to wash. I've always wanted one of those "sinks" like you see in the old west movies. This bowl is the perfect size. I'm getting another one. You will love it.

This is the best bowl in my kitchen. This bowl is lighter than my huge plastic mixing bowl but doesn't hold on to grease like plastic. It's also beautiful. It's nice and deep so you can really mix things in it without them spilling all over the place. I may end up getting another one I LOVE it so so much. Oh - it's Perfect for popcorn (holds 1/2 cup of unpopped kernels when popped and gives a little room for mixing in the butter). I've moved all my glass mixing bowls into the donate pile.
