Drywall patch repair kits are a must have before painting. If you have holes from picture frames or scratches and dings you can make them invisible after you paint over them. In fact when I was younger I always did this and repainted and always got my full deposit back. We are currently selling our home and I have been using this all over the house before we repaint. The kitchen especially has a lot of divits on the corners and this works like a charm. You can do another layer if you dont get it right the first time. It comes with a handy spatula and sandpaper so you can get the wall perfectly smooth and flush. Also gloves but i didnt fit them necessary. The divit I am filling in on the video is much more complicated than just your average hole so wanted to show how simple it is. Just keep scraping. I got the two pack so I have one to fill in holes in our new home as well.

...possibly this has a quick shelf life. Attempted to patch and it was not thick consistency...not effective for patch job...👎

This kit was a perfect spackle kit to fill in the nail holes in my apartment! The spatula was the perfect firmness, and I discovered wiping the area around the nail hole with a damp sponge lightly while it was still wet saved some cleanup after. A chopstick is the perfect tool to help you get all the extra spackle out of the nozzle. The spackle was firm, layered perfectly wet or dry, and sanded completely smooth, and was the perfect amount to cover all my nail holes in a 1 bedroom apartment. This kit has everything you need! I’ll be using it every time I move from now on!

Can’t spread it, use it, or adhere it because it’s all dried up in the tube! Now it’s not available! Hmmm… Attempted to return it but too much trouble to go out of my way for a $10 item. Very very disappointed. So dissatisfied that I am writing my first negative review, first ever. I usually like to give the benefit of doubt but Amazon is making it very difficult to get a refund. Must go box it and go out of my way to drop it off or have it picked up. Why do you want a dried up product back? That is not sustainable at all. It will go straight into the trash. It seems like a great product but useless in its dried up state. I feel so frustrated now. Just like Elmo.

I’ve used several different spackles and fillers and I definitely will not use this one again.It does work fine for very small holes, but anything the size of 1/4” and upwards and the liquidy paste starts to flow under gravity.As it dries it also shrinks significantly (probably due to the drying of the large amount of liquid in the paste) which causes very noticeable cracking and dimpling.I would strongly recommend not using this for any larger gouges, despite the manufacturers claims that this product can fill them. The product is much too liquid to stay put, and you’ll end up with a mess.
