It works
This is the same original remote control I got with my Spectrum Cable TV Arris box. It works perfectly. Didn't require any set up at all. Worked right out of the box.

Works but annoying lights
the good news is that the product works fine. The bad news is that is has a awful deep red back light when in use. The thing looks like a danger stick and dark red light really doesn't help one to read the buttons. I was too lazy to go to the trouble of returning but I'd be sure to check such things in future. I'd never order another.
