Very full and perfect. The memory foam comes lined so it is easily removed to wash the pillow case. It is firm and exactly what you would expect a memory foam bamboo pillow to be.

Feels soft to touch and comform to head and neck but when head and neck lies there for 7-8 hours time over night the pillow becomes condensed and firm. Leaving my neck feeling stiff in the morning. Not at all a comfortable long term pillow for sleep. Probably good for seating on rather for sleep. Sorry, truly a big disappointment.

I was expecting a softer pillow. I am a small person and it is too high and too firm for me.
