Sowed this seed on bare earth (in semi-shade) that had just been surface-cleared of weeds. Minimal preparation. Waited for a spell of warm summer weather with showers and, with a bit of additional watering so it didn't dry out, it germinated within a week. Nice dark green sward. Covering with spent compost, kept the pigeons from eating it. Good value for money. Really quite impressed.

The seed arrived very quickly, we had already prepared the ground so sowed it immediately. 10 days later and after watering it every day we have the start of a great lawn

NEVER IN MY YEARS AS A LANDSCAPE GARDENER HAVE I EVER COME ACROSS GRASS SEEN AS GOOD AS THIS ... LITERALLY FULL GROWTH STARTED ON DAY 3 AND ON DAY 5 IT WAS HIGH AND THICK ENOUGH TO NEED CUTTING, THE GREEN OF THE GRASS WAS A LUSH GREEN AND NOW MY CUSTOMER IS THAT IMPRESSED THAT THEY WANT TO DO THEIR FRONT AND THE REST OF THEIR BACK GRASS AREAS REDONE AS WELL,....... AND THIS HAS ALSO GOTTEN/WON ME 14 NEW CUSTOMERS (NEIGHBOURS OF THE CUSTOMER) .... I JUST WISHED THAT THIS COMPANY DID THE SEED IN 10/15/20 AND 25KG BAGS REGARDLESS OF ITS PRICE ...... HONESTLY, IM SO BLOWN AWAY AND SO ARE MY CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMERS TO BE ...... A MILLION OUT OF A MILLION

Arrived quickly and sown on well prepared ground in a very warm June. Kept well watered it germinated in just four days and in less than a fortnight has produced the beginnings of a very fine lawn. You have to see it to believe it. Easier to use and certainly cheaper than turf I would thoroughly recommend.

Didn't know what to expect as we have virtually zero light due to a neighbour's trees. His mother planted them. Mother is deceased but has left a legacy of leylandii which are sadly thriving. I had lost all hope. Faith restored. Great seeds, raked the barren soil. threw the seeds around in an orderly manner. We had rain just at the right time, the little lawn is thriving.

We fenced the garden off and prepared the soil- after 15 -20 days or so fine grass started to emerge which was great. Since then though the seedlings have hardly grown- leaving really weak, sparsely populated patches of ground. Interestingly, immediately adjacent to this area-We used some left over seed from another provider (which was left over from last year) this has roared away and is now a beautiful thick grass.I am very disappointed with the product and wouldnt buy this again.

I bought 2 bags of this grass. 2x 1kg. I dug the garden with a rotary tiller, mixed it with 5Tones of fresh, good quality soil. I sowed the grass, I watered a lot every day, alternating with natural rain, the grass got the best of everything, along with plenty of sun. About 30% of all grass has grown. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I talked to specialists, probably the beans were too dry, too old and kept in storage for too long. therefore they have not grown.
