So far it's a very good hoverboard had it for about a month now. The only thing I would warn people about is getting caught in a spin. If you spin in a circle to much and to fast you'll get caught in a spin, won't be able to stop it and will have to bail out, which means you could get hurt or break the hoverboard. Practice makes perfect. My 9 year old loves it and she learned quick. Still overall a very good hoverboard for the price.

Was absolutely wonderful for one month. Worked perfectly but then just stopped charging and would no longer turn on. The company did honor the return policy and provided a full refund. We switched brands however when we reordered.

I purchased this in April, 2017. It was fine for about three months. Then it would not charge or work at all after that. It was used by a very coordinated child that did not abuse it in any way, but it still no longer works. I tried to have the issue resolved via email correspondence first but did not get any reply once I provided the serial number and model. Then I tried calling today but the Surfus telephone number, 909-230-9505 put me on hold with music for two minutes then hangs up.

The hover board broke within a couple of months. The unit was under warranty. We shipped it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and haven't heard back from them. When we've tried to call, they hang up on us. They've had the unit for over a month. We are very upset.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. The first time we went to charge it we were shocked and it through a spark. I have tried calling the number provided to me and they keep you on hold for 2 minutes playing music then hang up. I have emailed them with no response. My child was able to ride it the day of Christmas and that was it. they have horrible customer service.

Would give it 5 stars, but its still new! Daughter loves it and has a blast! Very sturdy and well-made!
