Beautiful But
This is a beautiful bag. A friend thought it was a Tumi backpack. There is one big problem with the bag. The handle comes out of the back zipper section of the bag. When you use the handle that section does not close all of the way. This allows the contents of that section to get wet in rain or snow. I would give the bag a 5 if my stuff didn't get wet.

The large section only open on 7 inches, it is practically impossible to see the inside larger pockets even while empty.This bag is good quality, good looking, with majeur design flows, not visible on the website.To return I have to submit a request to be approve in 2 days. (4 days before departure)If is more complicated to return on Amazon than in a store, (where you can see the product)it is the end of online shopping for me.
