This is very reasonably priced. The thermometer has a notch that anchors it so it does not fall off - mine stays in place. Line up the thermometer with the notches and it should stay put. The hygrometer works as seen from the pictures. One of the trays is still empty and the other one has the soil/seeds in it. You can see the difference in humidity levels. The two trays were side by side when I took the pictures.

Excellent value, comes with 3 domes, trays and cube holders. Also the added 3 humidistats are a bonus.

I found a less expensive and more durable product. I returned the product.

I ordered these seed starters based on I could jeep planta in them longer than regular seed starters. They have worked pretty well overall. I really dont use the thermometer or the air vent pieces. So there is just two holes on top where these items go. I have started multiple seeds in them and seeds seem to come up well even though I have started so.e plants way to early. Overall I give them a 5 star rating. If there was a complaint to be made it would be getting the plants out as the holders are kind of skinny. But if I scoop out with a spoon instead of squeezing from the bottom it is a lot easier to remove plants.

I researched quite awhile before purchasing these. I wanted small ones for multi sowing small beet and leek seeds. They were a good value and had great reviews. I am very pleased with them. Interesting added bonus being able to see the roots. They are sturdy enough but flexible so i can easily squeeze to pop plant out gently when transplanting. I will wash and reuse for as long as possible.

The corners on mine didn't come out right, work fine but the molding process didn't...

The plastic is thin and flimsy, the top cover must be balanced carefully on top of the base and is very easy to knock off. The base is very thin and as soon as you put plants in it it really isn't very sturdy at all. Worst of all - the main reason I got this particular one was the humidity sensors - all of which have been so far off they are useless. They under read by 15-25% - each one different from the other.
