Works well and was easy to install even when the wall wires were an inch sticking out of the receptacle

I've purchased and installed three of these over several months, beginning a few months ago. The product design is quite nice. They work as expected. Best of all they are pretty easy to install. I have not needed to contact their support line. You do need to have a neutral line and you can't have a very shallow box because, like all timers they are physically larger than conventional switches.

I installed it a month ago. Waited a month to see if it fails. I have it installed in 2 locations.Only good things to report. Such a flexible design compared to other timer switches.This switch feels solid to touch and buttons seem solid.Only limitation is max you can keep it on is for 4 hours. I use it for exhaust fan in bathroom, so if I have to keep it on for more than 4 hours, I can just switch it off and on again. But I do not see when I will need to do it. This is 1/2 hp switch, which worked while other GE switch did not work for exhaust fan. (I had tested GE switch and it did work for LED bulb, but it could not handle current for exhaust fan even though cover said it should.)There are other reviews with programming details. So I will not go into details. But this is awesome switch, which will do everything you want it to do. LED too bright? No problem, reduce brightness? Do not like light? No problem program to disable LED. Remember last programmed time. Switch off and on with large button. Everything works perfectly.

Works great just as intended

In general I liked the product very much and much more than similar ones in the market. I am surprised why this one is not as popular and does not have many reviews.I hope the life and reliability is as good.Pros:- The product was nicely packaged with necessary items to finish the job.- The price is reasonable- Nice amber color LED for each button with adjustable intensity- good time range from 5min- 4 hour-over-ride ON button-Easy wire connection-easy fit to current setting-Can be used for LED light and thats why it has to be connected to neutral wire to not send a small current to the load lineCons-needs additional wiring to connect the neutral-finding the right button to set desired time in dark needs memorizing the buttons location

Upgraded 20 year-old switches on ceiling fans and bathrooms. This is my 5th purchase of these timers. Straight forward installation. Highly recommend.

The directions are in light gray on white in a #4 font. It is absolutely necessary to connect neutral, which is difficult to discern in the directions. And as the headline indicates, it is unnecessarily complicated to operate.

No complaints, works well, brightness of the indicator lights is adjustable (!), only issue was on installation. The size of the thing just fits exactly in its space in the double electric box. I spent a half hour moving wires around before realizing that what was keeping the thing from seating fully in the box was a small metal tab part of the box itself. After trying to bend the tab back 1/8", just moved the switch to the other side of the box.
