The media could not be loaded. So many usable mark on cover with few scratches and dust particles it's totally waste of money

Poor fit and finish.
The media could not be loaded. The fit of the back cover is not tight on the bottom near the charging port and the right side where the buttons are placed. Colour of the buttons are not red as it was shown in the picture, plus the finishing is very poor. Footpath quality product!
