EO Products Liquid Hand Soap - French Lavender - 12 oz

This Soap is absolutely divine, however it is damn hard to get hold of, so on seeing it back, I've gone for a bulk order.

Smell so good. Expensive but good quality.

This soap I wanted so much to love. The scent is perfect, the thickness is just right. I was planning on ordering more. BUT, my hands have been the driest they’ve been (in forever), as well as flakey. It could be the sulfates in the soap. This seems like a great quality product, but the dryness I’ve been having has me (disappointedly) looking for a new natural soap that smells like aromatherapy, but does not dry out my skin.

The pump on mine won't function. Normally, you press down on the top of the pump (where it has arrows showing which way to turn it) while turning it counterclockwise and then you hear a click and the device pops up. After that you can use the pump. But mine is terminally stuck. I looked at the spring inside the pump and it looks kind of crooked. Amazon refunded my money, but I'm really disappointed that I can't use it as intended, and I'm skeptical about ordering any more, since a number of other people have had the same problem.
