Must read directions for opening and closing. Very east if you follow the order. It was smaller than I was thinking but perfectly fine for my 5-9mo of granddaughter and who knows how long. Should be fine. Just be aware. Since it was smaller, it takes up less storage so there’s a bonus.

After one use, one of the sides no longer locks and I’m now outside of my return window so I can’t return it to amazon. Going to try contacting customer service. This product is very unsafe if it breaks so easily.

You know when you have three kids bawling at the same time and you’re trying to get something done to help the situation and then that one little thing puts you over the edge? This is that thing. It never folds up or pops out the way it’s supposed to. It’s always a pain in the ass. I’m not a moron and I’ve read the directions. It’s always a pain.. into the dumpster it goes

I bought this for my toddler when we travel. It’s so difficult to open and close. The locks on the side rails are difficult to use. I contemplated throwing it in the yard!

I have only had it a few months and it already has a huge hole in it.
