Korean pepper flakes
I will never be without this In my kitchen. Product is spicy & versatile. Not as harsh as cayenne pepper but very flavorful.

Store gochugaru in the freezer so it doesn't mold.
How to keep gochugaru from molding:Squeeze all the air out of the bag. Roll the bag up. Place that bag in a freezer bag. Roll that up too. Place it in the freezer.This gochugaru is good. I'd buy it again.

Coarse ground pepper flakes
This is a large package of flakes! Store in the freezer so it stays fresh longer. I would rate it as moderately spicy. It adds a nice red color to your Korean dishes.

Good stuff!
Authentic taste, very good for Kimchi. Also a nice addition for bulgogi and even Pho. make a paste with a little Sake and you have a nice meat rub. Definitely recommend!

Very good and lasts a while
Very good and lasts a while. Better than the Korean chili pepper flakes you find in American stores. Have been using it in buddae jiggae and various dishes.
