You can't judge a book by its cover, and you get what you pay for. Customer service is everything!
Purchased this item July of 2024, and it suddenly stopped working this past April of 2025. It's a beautiful watch and has the weight of an expensive watch. It ran very well for several months then out of the blue it started stopping from time to time, and yes, I wound it as directed, then just stopped. To make matters worse, the process for returns or replacement is a real pain in the ass. Amazon offers an opportunity to purchase another, but is next to impossible to replace or return. It shouldn't be this way. I initially gave a five star review, but now I'm not so sure. I've contacted Olevs directly. Let's see how well they do at rectifying this problem.

El reloj superó mis expectativas. Tiene una presencia muy elegante y se siente de buena calidad desde el primer momento. El mecanismo automático funciona perfecto, mantiene muy bien la hora y el movimiento es suave. El acabado dorado y el diseño detallado le dan un toque premium que llama la atención, pero sin ser exagerado. La correa es cómoda y el reloj pesa lo justo, no se siente barato. Llegó bien empacado y sin ningún defecto. Para el precio, la calidad es sorprendente. Totalmente recomendado si buscas un reloj vistoso, moderno y con apariencia de lujo.
