My 11 year old loves these. I like that they are adjustable as her feet grows.

I bought the S/M for three of my family and the sizing is way off. The bottom of the fin was marked S/M so it wasn't like I received a L and didn't realize it. The photo shows them on my size 10 foot. Even then, to get them to fit I had to really snug up the straps. The other problem is how wide they are. Again, you can see by the photo that my feet extend out the front because of the width. (Yes, those legs obviously need to see some sun!)
