Defective base - product update
We only got to use one day. The base leaked all the water & as a result it fell over. The backboard & hoop bent & only half the lights work. This was my sons Christmas present & he canโt use it. We are so disappointed after spending all this money on this basketball hoop & it canโt be used.Since my first review the seller reached out & replaced all the damaged items. We are very pleased with their response & communication. We will set it up this weekend & my son is excited!!

Sturdy unit; very good customer service
We had a little trouble assembling and ran into a few issues; but customer service was very responsive and helpful. They took care of our issues immediately and the unit is very nice and sturdy as it can fill with 200 lbs of sand.

Someone had already received this, screws were missing, net was knotted, parts taped
